This includes organizational costs, conference materials, meals, accompanying events and publication costs after receiving positive reviews, but does not include accommodation and travel expenses.

Publication after the conference:
After the initial review of the submitted articles, they will be forwarded to the editorial offices of scientific journals on the list of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in the area of the conference subject. The authors will be informed about the review results via e-mail. Papers should be sent by June 1, 2023, to the e-mail address: konferencjajubileuszowaup@gmail.com in accordance with the guidelines presented below.
Publication guidelines:
– The article should be prepared in Polish or English.
– The text should be prepared in MS Word, using the Times New Roman font, size 12, line spacing 1.5, margins – 2.5 cm, justified text.
– The maximum number of characters with spaces in the prepared article is 20,000, including footnotes and bibliography.
– For footnotes (in the form of bibliographical references) and bibliography, the editing standard set by the American Psychological Association (APA) applies
Footnote template:
a) Publication by 1 author:
Author’s name (date) text.
Example: Kowalski (2010) states that…
Research shows that… (Kowalski, 2010).
b) Publication by 2 authors:
Always include the names of both authors and the date of publication.
Example: As suggested by Kowalski and Nowak (2014)…
Research shows that… (Kowalski, Nowak, 2014).
c) Publication by 3–5 authors:
When referring to a paper for the first time, the names of all authors should be given, separated by commas and the conjunction “and” between the last two names.
Example: As suggested by Nowak, Kowalski, and Kliś (2014)…
Research (Nowak, Kowalski and Kliś, 2014) shows that…
For subsequent references to the same paper, the term “et al.” may be used.
d) Publication by 6 or more authors:
Only the name of the first author should be mentioned, both when the paper is cited for the first time and in further references.
e) When referring to several papers, they should be listed alphabetically, according to the author’s surname; when referring to several papers by the same author, published in the same year, the date is followed by a, b, c.
Bibliography
The bibliography should be arranged alphabetically. Template for creating a bibliographic entry:
a) for a book
Surname(s) of the author(s), I. (year). Book title. Place of publication: Publishing House. e.g. Pikuła, N.G. (2015). A sense of the meaning of life in the elderly. Inspiration for education in old age. Krakow: Oficyna Wydawnicza Impuls.
b) for a book written under editorship
Surname(s), I (ed.) (year). Book title. Place of publication: Publishing House.
e.g. Gerlach, R. Kulpa-Puszczyńska, A. Tomaszewska-Lipiec, R. (ed.) (2008). Selected problems of work pedagogy in the aspect of preparation for work. Bydgoszcz: Kazimierz Wielki University Publishing House.
c) a chapter in a collective work:
Surname(s), I. (year). Chapter title. In: Surnames (ed.), Book title (chapter pages). Place of publication: Publishing House.
Waloszek, D. (2005). Kindergarten as the basis of a school promoting human growth. In: J. Kuźma, J. Morbitzer (ed.), Education – school – teachers: promoting child development, (pp. 184-191). Krakow: Scientific Publishing House of the Pedagogical University.
d) an article in a journal:
Surname(s), I (year). Article title. Journal title, year number, page number of the article.
Furmanek, W. (2015). Problems of the language of pedagogy (work). Labor et Educatio, 3/2015, 11-30.
If the article has a DOI number (Digital Object Identifier), it should be given at the end of the bibliographic entry.
e) internet sources:
Surname, I (year). Article title. Journal title, volume (No.), pages. Acquired from: website address.
If the quoted text is on a website and is not an article in a journal, a chapter in a book or a book, please provide the author, date of publication, title, information about the website from which the text was downloaded.

- Author’s name and surname, ORCID number
- Author’s affiliation
- Title of the article in Polish
- Title of the article in English
- The text proper divided into subheadings
- Abstract in Polish
- Keywords in Polish
- Abstract in English
- Keywords in English
